Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to support construction supervision and progress control for a mixed-use building project, including progress tracking and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in construction supervision and physical progress control. 2. Coordination with residents, specialists, and suppliers. 3. Verification of compliance with drawings and technical specifications. Requirements: * Professional with a **degree, bachelor's degree, or graduate status** in: * Architecture * Civil Engineering * Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of field experience (preferred). * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD, Revit (mandatory) * MS Project (preferred) * Excel (intermediate level) * Knowledge of: * Drawing interpretation * Quantity take-offs and valuations * Construction control * **Residence in Juliaca** (mandatory). * Availability for **100% on-site work**. Responsibilities: * Support in **construction supervision**. * Control of the project's physical progress. * Preparation of daily and weekly reports. * Support in quantity take-offs, valuations, and material control. * Coordination with residents, specialists, and suppliers. * Verification of compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
