Job Summary:
Support comprehensive human resources management—from maintaining personnel files to coordinating selection, training, and employee well-being processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain physical and digital personnel files.
2. Support recruitment, selection, and personnel administration processes.
3. Provide support in training, onboarding, and employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and keep personnel physical and digital files up to date.
* Support recruitment and selection processes.
* Coordinate the collection and validation of documents for new employees' onboarding.
* Prepare employment contracts, addendums, memoranda, certificates, and other labor-related documentation.
* Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and probationary periods.
* Support attendance tracking, vacation management, medical leaves, licenses, and other personnel-related incidents.
* Maintain the employee database and related documentation up to date.
* Provide support in training, onboarding, and employee well-being initiatives.
* Prepare HR area management reports and indicators.
* Coordinate with various departments to fulfill HR-related requirements.
* Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of personnel administration and basic labor legislation.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes is desirable.
* Must reside in Moquegua or be available to work onsite.

* **Working Hours:**
* **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.**
Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month
