We are a restaurant recognized for delivering a high-quality culinary experience. We are currently seeking a committed, responsible, and gastronomy-passionate **Kitchen Assistant / Cook**. Requirements * Graduate or student of Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook; up to **2 years of experience** in restaurants is preferred. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and quality control. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and ingredient preservation. * Availability to work **6 days per week**, on rotating full-time shifts. * Proactivity, responsibility, teamwork, and service orientation. Main Responsibilities * Prepare food according to the menu and established standard recipes. * Perform *mise en place* and ensure proper preparation of ingredients before service. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety procedures. * Ensure appropriate storage, rotation, and preservation of ingredients using the FEFO system. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Assist in daily control of ingredients, supplies, and kitchen tools. * Follow instructions from the Head Chef and support necessary activities for smooth operational functioning.
