Floral 661, Puno 21001 Position: **Multifunctional Store Associate** **Working Hours: 10 AM \- 11 PM** * Full Time (48 hours per week) * Part Time (24 hours per week) Requirements * Age between 18 and 30. * Availability to work 6 days per week. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Experience in customer service, cafés, restaurants, or similar roles (preferred). * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. * Strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to quality standards. * Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient customer service. * Maintain store cleanliness, order, and proper presentation. * Adhere to established operational, hygiene, and service protocols. * Support various activities essential to store operations.
