We seek dynamic individuals who are results-oriented and passionate about retail sales, and who wish to grow within a rapidly expanding company offering clear career progression opportunities. Responsibilities * Greet and advise customers in-store. * Promote product sales and achieve commercial targets. * Deliver a friendly and efficient shopping experience. * Maintain orderly product displays and proper store organization. * Assist with stock control and merchandise replenishment. * Communicate current promotions and campaigns. * Adhere to the company’s customer service standards. * Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (retail experience preferred). * Strong communication and commercial skills. * Results orientation and goal achievement mindset. * Intermediate / Advanced English **(Requirement)** * Availability to work in Arequipa.
