ARELLANO MARKETING, experts in market research and strategic consulting, is seeking talented professionals to serve as: FIELD SURVEY SUPERVISOR JOB OBJECTIVE Collect field information on inventories, purchases, and other variables at visited establishments, adhering to the established methodology to ensure data accuracy. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience conducting field surveys or similar activities. Resident of Puno (MANDATORY). Availability for continuous travel (MANDATORY). Completed secondary education. Strong observational skills, writing ability, and attention to detail. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Availability to attend a 4-week in-person training program in Lima. 100% covered expenses (meals, accommodation, and transportation). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop store scheduling and contract plans according to service needs. Monitor indicators, daily reports, and progress for assigned zones. Coordinate and schedule materials, gifts, and requirements for auditors. Supervise fieldwork and validate the quality and accuracy of collected information. Handle inquiries, reviews, and study requests within established deadlines. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. WORKING CONDITIONS Base salary: S/ 1500 Meal allowance: S/ 250 Transportation allowance: S/ 250 Variable bonus up to: S/ 1200, based on performance indicators and targets.
