REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical graduates in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. \- Minimum 3 months of experience in related functions. \- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). \- Knowledge of subsidies (Essalud). \- Knowledge of Canva **2. RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- In charge of recruitment, personnel selection, and onboarding processes. \- Processing VIDA LEY procedures. \- Administration and organization of employee files. \- Monitoring expiration dates and preparing employment contracts. \- Managing vacation schedules in coordination with the Operations Management team. \- Sending pay slips via email. \- Drafting memoranda. \- Assisting in verifying and monitoring medical leave documents submitted by employees. \- Supporting administrative procedures with ESSALUD. \- Uniform inventory control. \- Designing flyers for holidays. \- Other HR-related tasks. **3.
