Excellent learning environment and professional growth **GENERAL PHYSICIAN – MINING CAMP (PUNO)** **Location:** Corani Mining Project – Puno (>4,000 m above sea level) **Work Schedule:** 20 days on-site / 10 days off (camp-based) **Vacancies:** 02 **Salary:** S/ 6,500 – S/ 7,500 per month (based on experience) At **Inspira Salud Laboral**, we are seeking **02 General Physicians** to join our health team at a major mining project located in **Corani, Puno**. We seek professionals with a service-oriented vocation, clinical judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations, providing support in medical assistance and occupational health surveillance activities under medical supervision. Requirements to Apply * Licensed and registered Medical Doctor (M.D.), duly licensed to practice. * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health (desirable). * Training course in management and transport of critically ill patients (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in medical assistance, emergencies, occupational health, or camp-based work (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations and Occupational Health standards. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Leadership capacity for decision-making in clinical settings. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and problem-solving orientation. * Good physical health compatible with high-altitude mining camp work (>4,000 m above sea level). * Residence in Juliaca, Puno, or nearby areas (mandatory). * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. Main Responsibilities * Provide outpatient medical care on-site. * Conduct assessment, initial management, and follow-up of acute cases and emergencies. * Provide initial response to medical emergencies and patient stabilization as required. * Support occupational medical surveillance and case follow-up. * Support review and follow-up of Occupational Medical Examinations (OME). * Manage medical leaves, work restrictions, and clinical follow-up. * Participate in preventive campaigns, training sessions, and health promotion activities. * Prepare medical attendance reports and activity reports. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
