Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Controller or Coordinator to manage permissions, technical support, commissions, complaints, and compliance with guidelines in the telecommunications sector. We are currently looking for qualified personnel to fill the position of Junior Controller or Coordinator. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Permissions to CC / track reasons for rejections Technical support, IT, Helix tickets, etc. (Cashier, GETI, OL, Aloha, etc.) + User alerts Management of commissions and incentives (Reinforcements and Validation). Regulatory updates. Response to complaints (tracking, submissions, responses, and closure). Pending folders and follow-up to ensure compliance with guidelines. Sales reporting to CC (three times per month). Reassignments and progress tracking. Supply alerts (SIM cards, accessories, laminates, dummies, LDs, devices, empty boxes). Other duties inherent to the position. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with knowledge of KPIs. Experience in the telephony sector (Retail, TPF, Call Center). Technical degree or university student in Statistics, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Office and Power BI (Intermediate level). Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
