We are currently looking for qualified personnel to fill the position of Junior Controller or Coordinator. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? CC permissions / tracking reasons for rejection Technical support, IT, Helix tickets, etc. (Cashier, GETI, OL, Aloha, etc.) + user alerts Commission and incentive management (reinforcements and validation) Regulatory updates Complaint handling (tracking, responses, replies, and closure) Pending folders and follow-up to ensure guideline compliance Sales reporting to CC (three times per month) Reassignments and progress tracking Supply alerts (SIM cards, accessories, laminates, dummies, LD, equipment, empty boxes) Other duties inherent to the position. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with knowledge of KPIs. Experience in the telephony sector (Retail, TPF, Call Center). Technical diploma or university student in Statistics, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Office and Power BI (intermediate level). Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
