Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Environmental Supervisor to oversee compliance with environmental commitments and implementation of environmental management programs in infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field supervision of environmental and social compliance
2. Coordination with contractors, authorities, and local stakeholders
3. Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of indicators
At **Alupar Perú**, we are a leading multinational company specializing in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking a **Field Environmental Supervisor**.
**Project:**
*\- "SET Maravilla 138/22.9/10 kV – 25 MVA and associated transmission lines."*
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Geography, Natural Resources Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Geographical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum five (05\) years of professional experience in environmental management, supervision, or monitoring for infrastructure projects.
* Experience in energy infrastructure, mining, road, linear works, or similar projects.
* Knowledge of Environmental Management Instruments (DIA, EIA, ITS, and others) and applicable environmental regulations.
* Experience supervising environmental compliance during construction phases.
* Experience coordinating with contractors, authorities, and local stakeholders.
* Ability to prepare technical reports, compliance reports, and monitor environmental indicators.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with ArcGIS or QGIS is desirable.
* Experience in transmission line and electrical substation projects is desirable.
* **Willingness to reside near the districts of Juliaca and Puno (Department of Puno) and conduct regular field activities.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise compliance with environmental and social commitments established in the project’s Environmental Management Instruments.
* Verify proper implementation of environmental management programs, plans, and measures by contractors and subcontractors.
* Conduct environmental and social inspections in the field.
* Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
* Prepare technical reports, supervision reports, and environmental compliance records.
* Manage and validate evidence of environmental compliance.
* Provide support during audits, inspections, and oversight conducted by competent authorities.
* Coordinate with contractors, communities, and other project stakeholders.
