At Recreativos Fargo, we are seeking **Slot Machine Room Managers / Administrators** in Cusco. **Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily slot machine room operations, ensuring all machines are operational, customers receive high-quality service, and applicable regulations are complied with. **Requirements** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in managing slot machine rooms, casinos, or similar entertainment establishments is desirable. * Experience in personnel management and customer service. * Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the operation of all slot machines. * Monitor cash and chip flow. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service. * Organize promotional events within the slot machine room. * Implement control and monitoring measures to prevent fraud, theft, and other incidents. * Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff. * Schedule staff shifts. * Ensure all slot machine room activities comply with regulations. * Manage the acquisition of required permits and licenses to operate the slot machine room legally. * Prepare reports. * Coordinate with service providers for facility maintenance. * Ensure cleanliness and order within the slot machine room. **Considerations** * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) and holidays. * Willingness to travel. * Weekly commissions. * Availability to relocate across different slot machine rooms as required by operational needs. * Residency in Cusco. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law.
