Teamwork and working under pressure Junior Cook We are looking for a committed, responsible Junior Cook with a passion for gastronomy who wishes to develop professionally within a dynamic kitchen team. Requirements: * Technical or higher education in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience working in kitchens (restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, or production centers). * Basic knowledge of mise en place, food handling, and fundamental culinary techniques. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment to quality and hygiene standards. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Food preparation and mise en place. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Adhering to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Assisting with basic receipt and control of supplies. * Collaborating in proper food storage. Working Conditions: * Schedule: Morning shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities.
