




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cook from prestigious restaurants to prepare and control food quality, ensuring production standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality processes **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in prestigious restaurants. * Technical studies in gastronomy. * Knowledge of good hygiene practices and cleaning procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Prepare food for various services according to schedule. * Guarantee production within company standards per schedule, portion weights, and organoleptic characteristics of products (taste, presentation, texture). * Daily production cost control. * Submit daily ingredient requisitions.
