Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery, ensuring proper operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize processes. **WORK LOCATION:** CUSCO **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in related fields (mechanics, electricity) * Prior experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Practical knowledge of equipment and machinery repair and maintenance. * Teamwork skills. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts or shift schedules. **General Responsibilities** * Plan and carry out preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation and prevent unexpected failures. * Identify and resolve equipment or facility malfunctions when operational problems or failures occur. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to detect potential failures or wear that could cause future issues. * Maintain and monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for repairs and maintenance. * Keep detailed records of all activities performed, including repairs, part replacements, inspections, etc. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with current safety regulations and follow personal and equipment protection guidelines. * Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality, or engineering to resolve equipment maintenance-related issues. * Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance process efficiency, reducing costs and equipment downtime.
