At **Distripack**, we are a factory specialized in the production of **cardboard boxes and packaging solutions** for companies across various industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **graphic designer** with experience in **packaging or printing**, to join our team and develop new cardboard packaging. **Responsibilities** * Design and adapt **final artwork** for packaging/cardboard boxes. * Prepare **print-ready files** (offset, flexography, or digital), ensuring accuracy in dimensions, colors, and die lines. * Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop **prototypes** and **custom samples** for clients. * Ensure visual consistency of brands and client projects. * Coordinate color, material, and finishing tests. * Propose creative improvements in processes and product presentations. **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in **Graphic Design** or related fields. * **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in **printing, packaging, or industrial companies**. * Solid knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign**. * Proficiency in **print files** and basic understanding of **prepress**. * Experience with **dielines, dies, and cardboard materials** is valued. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivery deadlines. **We Offer** * Join a growing company with over 13 years in the market. * Collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site
