This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Position Mission:** Generate creative proposals that respond to the objectives and guidelines of the assigned brand. **Responsibilities:** * Create monthly content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) with valuable and disruptive content aligned with each platform's standards. * Collaborate on creative campaign proposals, from conceptualization to content execution. * Constantly monitor social media to identify trends and engage the brand in digital conversations through impactful content. * Coordinate with internal teams on audiovisual content development, participating in content production or recording. * Contribute creative ideas to keep the brand's digital content and presence up to date. * Review and analyze post-performance to suggest changes or adjustments that improve content quality. * Publish or schedule content on social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (for TikTok only, videos will be edited directly on the platform). * Participate in client meetings for content review or presentation of creative proposals. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Creativity and innovation **Requirements:** * Graduates in Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Excellent creative writing skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing and the following social networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT and Midjourney. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level in Capcut. * Intermediate knowledge of Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Analytics. * Basic graphic design knowledge (will not design or record, but will provide accurate feedback to the team). * Minimum of 1 year of experience creating content for social media. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career development path * Free training * Opportunity to work with leading brands where you can expand the reach of your proposals. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * Hybrid work model. * EPS health insurance, with the company covering 25%. * Day off: We offer 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You work only until 12:00 pm on your birthday or on the day you choose to redeem it!
