We are currently looking for: WAITERS and STEWARDS. WHAT DO WE NEED? \- Completed secondary education (Certificate of studies). \- Minimum of 3 MONTHS of certified experience in the position. \- Experience in food concessionaire (Desirable). \- Must reside in Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Lima, or nearby areas. \- Availability to work under MINING SHIFT regime 28x14. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare cutlery, plates, trays, glasses, and other necessary tableware. \- Provide line service to diners at concessionaires. \- Clean and organize the dining area before and after each meal. \- Monitor inventories and maintain the condition of assigned tableware and equipment in the dining room. \- Clean and disinfect the hot and cold service lines before and after each meal. \- Set tables, ensuring tablecloths and placemats are clean, and verify they have the necessary items (condiment containers, napkin holders, etc.). \- Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
