Experience recruiting operational profiles or drivers FREELANCE RECRUITER – INTERNATIONAL DRIVER PROJECT An international consulting firm is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support a recruitment and selection project. The position aims to source, interview, and track candidates who meet the requirements regarding experience, driver's license, and availability to participate in an international selection process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct proactive searches and establish direct contact with potential candidates. * Review CVs, driver's licenses, and work certificates. * Conduct telephone or virtual interviews to validate experience, motivation, and availability. * Verify compliance with documentary and technical job requirements. * Explain employment conditions and stages of the international process to candidates. * Coordinate candidate attendance at interviews and technical assessments. REQUIREMENTS * University or technical degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience recruiting operational profiles, drivers, transport personnel, or high-demand positions. * Familiarity with job boards, social media, and proactive search strategies. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and telephone screening. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for candidate tracking. CONDITIONS * Employment type: Project-based freelance engagement. * Remote work, with availability for virtual coordination. * Flexible schedule, subject to meeting objectives and attending follow-up meetings. * Payment via service invoice (receipt for professional services).
