Position Summary: ALMA FOODS SAC is seeking an Accounting and Billing Assistant to join its team, performing accounting and billing tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs daily bank reconciliations and invoicing 2. Responsible for bank reconciliations and preliminary tax calculations 3. Manages AFP declarations, PDT 621, PLAME, and installment payment tracking We are ALMA FOODS SAC, and we seek the best talent to join our team as an ACCOUNTING AND BILLING ASSISTANT. **PROFILE:** \- Graduate or in the final cycles of an Accounting program \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting duties \- ERP system experience is desirable \- Preferably residing in areas near Surco Viejo. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Daily bank reconciliations (inflows and outflows) 2\. Invoicing 3\. Bank reconciliations. 4\. Monthly preliminary tax calculations. 5\. Tax filings (AFP, PDT 621, PLAME) 6\. Installment payment tracking 6\. Other duties assigned by the Accounting Analyst Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of invoicing, purchase and sales recording, and bank reconciliations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
