As a **Professional Training and Development Intern at Belmond Peru (Cusco Office)**, you will support the Learning \& Development team by tracking and preparing reports on training compliance, maintaining updated corporate and property-specific matrices, and assisting with vendor database management—contacting vendors to request proposals and collaborating to optimize timelines, processes, and departmental objectives. **If you are seeking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.** **Key responsibilities include:** * Support execution of onboarding and corporate training programs, including updating materials, coordinating logistics, sending invitations, creating communication groups, and providing support during virtual and in-person sessions. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze attendance data, satisfaction surveys, and other key metrics, as well as prepare progress reports for the department. * Track participation and completion of trainings in coordination with HR teams across properties, ensuring timely registration on relevant platforms. * Provide support in using and updating training platforms and systems (Belmond HR Hub, Beat, BAPI, and TC), resolving basic queries from HR teams. * Assist with administrative coordination for the Learning \& Development department, including file organization, database updates, tracking of training matrices (LQA), and supporting departmental activities and initiatives. * Support identification and updating of external training vendors according to departmental requirements. * Provide general support to the Learning \& Development department. **Requirements** **What You Bring:** * Technical education in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. * Organizational and proactive skills, with ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (including PivotTables) and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms). * Intermediate English level enabling effective communication and comprehension of materials in this language. * Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a dynamic, excellence-oriented environment. **Benefits** **What We Offer:** At the Peru Divisional Office, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture rooted in kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with colleagues and guests.
