Professional growth prospects We are Grupo Alkofarma, a pharmaceutical laboratory, currently looking for a professional to serve as an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Technical studies in Accounting and Finance. - Proficiency in the Concar system (Mandatory). - Up-to-date knowledge of Tax Reforms. - Proficiency in accounting systems. - Proficiency in computer tools. - Mathematical skills for preparing accounting and finance reports. - Two years’ experience in accounting positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out and analyze the status of all accounting procedures assigned by the accountant. **Review of Purchases (monthly taxes)** **Control and review of honorarium receipts and notify respective departments for tax filing.** **Preparation of Balance Sheets and Financial Statements** **Tax Settlements** **Recording of Collections** **Perform bank reconciliations.** **Control and review of serious supplier E (Sunat)** **Issue Invoices** **Conduct physical inventory counts of products at locations designated by the immediate supervisor.** **Prepare financial and tax reports** **Analyze accounting accounts** **Carry out other responsibilities assigned within the scope of functional competence.** **OFFERED:** - Remuneration: PEN 1,500 (negotiable) - General Regime payroll. - Biweekly and monthly payments. - Training and induction to perform the assigned tasks. - Pleasant work environment. - Job stability. - Professional growth prospects.
