Role of Specialist Architect in building construction works Job Description: We are currently seeking a **Specialist Architect** to participate in an important **building construction tender project**. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Architecture**. * Registered with the professional association and licensed to practice. * Minimum **five (5) years of professional experience**, calculated from the date of registration with the professional association. **Required Experience:** * Experience in **general building construction works**. * Prior participation as: * Architecture Specialist, and/or * Architect in Construction Execution, and/or * Architect in Construction Supervision. * Participation in **at least three (03) general building construction projects**. * **Thirty-six (36) months of specific experience**, calculated from the date of registration with the professional association, performing duties such as: * Architecture Specialist. * Project Designer. * Construction Executor. * Inspector. * Supervisor. * Site Resident. **Employment Mode:** * Participation in a tender project. **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates must submit their **documented CV**, attaching: * Professional degree certificate. * Date of registration with the professional association. * Valid license certificate. * List of completed construction projects, specifying the position held in each. **Only professionals who can substantiate the required experience in general building construction works and meet all established job requirements will be evaluated.** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
