We are part of Proyectos Empresariales DYJ, committed to excellence in research. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work **full-time**, on-site at our Lima office. * **Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration**, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * High motivation for personal and professional growth, with a constant desire for self-improvement. * Prior **sales experience**, customer service experience, or experience in commercial areas is desirable. * **Proactive** profile, with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain smooth communication with clients and internal departments. * Achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio. * Draft contracts upon closing a sale and assemble the corresponding project team. * Close sales and generate new opportunities through direct client interaction. * Manage post-sales follow-up calls, inform clients about new products, and provide comprehensive advisory services. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary: S/1300 \+ commissions * Formal payroll registration. * Additional bonuses. * Overtime pay.
