Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and responsible Production Operators to join the production process at a ceramic plant, performing tasks such as cleaning, loading, receiving, and packaging. Teamwork in a dynamic and responsible environment **We are hiring Production Operators\-**Ceramic Plant We seek dynamic, responsible individuals eager to work as a team and integrate into our production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and loading ceramic bases. * Receiving bases from the kiln exit table. * Receiving parts coming from cutting machines. * Nesting ceramic parts. * Assembling pallets for goods dispatch. * Supporting order and cleanliness in the production area. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (general regime). * Base salary \+ piece-rate pay. * 100% transportation coverage on the Cusco (Enaco) – Cachimayo route. **Important:** This position is not recommended for individuals with dust allergies or spinal conditions, due to the inherent working conditions.
