Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment, ensuring operational readiness and reporting all actions carried out. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment 2. Conduct operational tests and verify functionality 3. Promote teamwork and experience sharing We are currently recruiting a REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN for CUSCO **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance using required supplies, spare parts, and personnel, with core maintenance activities including: o Inspection or comprehensive reviews and specifications of equipment. o Electrical, electronic, and mechanical adjustments o Cleaning, lubrication, greasing, and painting .o Operational testing .o Verification, calibration, and regulation of operating parameters. o Replacement of components, parts, and/or accessories .o Other tasks required by maintenance .o Repair of industrial cold equipment (cold rooms, reefers). * Verify execution and completion of maintenance activities and conduct equipment testing in the presence of the user to confirm operational readiness. * Prepare a technical service report for each unit, documenting performed operations, materials used or replaced, and time spent on maintenance, signed by both the user and the maintenance supervisor. * Report equipment failures verbally and in writing, and follow up promptly to resolve them as quickly as possible. * Share work procedures and solutions to machine defects to build a self-sufficient team. * Use GMANTEQ — Equipment Maintenance Management Software. **Education:** * Refrigeration Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic (SENATI / TECSUP or equivalent). * Minimum of (02\) years’ experience providing field technical service for refrigeration equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance and installation of (cold storage rooms, freezing chambers, blast chillers, commercial refrigerators, ice machines, ice cream machines, air conditioners, and others). **Benefits:** \- Payments on the 15th and 30th of each month \- Birthday bonus \- Full social benefits (100%) \- Career development path \- Positive work environment **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
