Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment, ensuring its operability and reporting all actions taken. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform comprehensive maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment 2. Ensure equipment operability and efficiency 3. Promote teamwork and effective communication We are currently looking for a REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN for CUSCO **Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance using required supplies, spare parts, and personnel, with basic maintenance activities including: o Inspection or comprehensive reviews and specifications of equipment. o Electrical, electronic, and mechanical adjustments o Cleaning, lubrication, greasing, and painting .o Functional testing .o Verification, calibration, and regulation of operating parameters. o Replacement of parts, components, and/or accessories .o Other tasks required by maintenance .o Repair of industrial refrigeration equipment (cold rooms, reefers). * Verify execution and completion of maintenance activities and conduct equipment testing in the presence of the user to confirm operability. * Prepare technical service reports for each equipment, documenting completed operations, materials used or replaced, and time spent on maintenance, signed by both the user and the maintenance supervisor. * Report equipment failures verbally and in writing, and follow up on them to resolve as quickly as possible. * Share work procedures and solutions to machine defects to build a self-sufficient team. * Use GMANTEQ — Equipment Maintenance Management Software. **Education:** * Refrigeration Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic (SENATI / TECSUP or equivalent). * Minimum 2 years of field technical service experience with refrigeration equipment, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and installation of (cold storage rooms, freezing rooms, blast chillers, commercial refrigerators, ice machines, ice cream machines, air conditioners, and others). **Benefits:** - Payment on the 15th and 30th of each month - Birthday bonus - Full social benefits - Career development path - Positive work environment **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
