Commitment to safety and punctuality We are looking for **Civil Construction Workers** with experience and dedication to join our team at a project located in the district of **Huaro (Quispicanchi)**. We seek qualified personnel specializing in masonry, ironworking, formwork, and finishing. **Responsibilities** * Execution of masonry work, bricklaying, plastering, and fine finishing. * Preparation and placement of structural steel according to drawings. * Assembly of formwork (wooden or metallic), adhering to safety standards. * Basic reading of structural and architectural drawings. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the assigned worksite. **Requirements** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as a Civil Construction Worker on building or sanitation projects. * **Valid documentation:** Current DNI and, preferably, Civil Construction Worker Card (**RECC**). * **Residence:** Preferably residing in Huaro, nearby districts of Quispicanchi, or Cusco (transportation assistance available depending on location). * **Attitude:** Commitment to safety (use of PPE) and punctuality. **Benefits (Civil Construction Regime)** * **Salary according to the official wage scale** * **Health insurance (EsSalud) and Life & Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR).** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one.
