Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle in-person procedures with suppliers, record payment vouchers, and coordinate procurement activities, supporting administrative and accounting management in the tourism sector. Record payment vouchers in accounts payable. Monitor settlement of various purchases. Coordinate procurement with suppliers. Generate grouping of reservations. Generate various accounting reports. Requirements Completed technical or university studies in Administration. Minimum 6 months’ experience as an accounting or administrative intern. More than 6 months’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Support Staff, or performing similar functions. Accounting knowledge of purchase recording. Knowledge of reservation systems and payments to operators. Knowledge of XML files. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the tourism sector (optional).
