At HIDROLED PERU S.A.C., we are seeking: **HSEC SUPERVISOR – MINING PROJECT (CUSCO)** A professional responsible for leading safety, occupational health, environmental, and community management within the water plant operation contract at the mining unit. **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed and registered engineer (Industrial, Environmental, Safety, or related field). * Minimum 3 years of HSEC management experience in mining or industry (since registration and licensure – mandatory). * Knowledge of mining safety regulations. * Experience implementing safety management systems. * Good physical condition and up-to-date vaccinations. * Must reside in Cusco (mandatory). * Valid A2 driver's license. **MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Implement risk prevention programs. * Conduct field safety inspections. * Prepare HSEC reports and indicators. * Coordinate with the mining unit's safety department. * Train personnel on safety procedures. **CONDITIONS** * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off. * Work location: Mining unit – Cusco **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Participation in a mining project.
