Location: Cusco Reports to: Human Capital Manager **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience leading Human Capital processes. * Experience in union relations. * Knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration, continuous improvement tools, and human capital indicators management. * Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI skills. * Intermediate level SAP knowledge (essential). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and control human capital plans and programs by applying guidelines to obtain capable and satisfied workers. * Execute and monitor policies, practices, projects, and plans regarding human capital processes in compliance with organizational guidelines. * Execute and coordinate the renewal of labor contracts for internal clients according to current labor regulations. * Manage human capital indicators for continuous improvement teams and implement improvements with an innovation focus in assigned processes. * Coordinate and prepare the annual vacation schedule for internal clients. * Coordinate and execute the closing of time records and payroll incidents within established deadlines for biweekly and month-end payments. * Prepare reports on personnel administration indicators and the human capital fundamentals dashboard. * Provide support to area management during internal and external audits related to personnel administration. * Monitor the headcount of internal clients to control workforce according to PIVO shift requirements.
