Position Summary: We are seeking an Independent Auditor or Audit Firm to conduct the annual external audit of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Key Points: 1. Carry out the external audit program in a systematic and independent manner. 2. Issue a consolidated report with conclusions and recommendations regarding the system. 3. The Lead Auditor will serve as the official liaison and be responsible for coordination. Service Objective We seek an Independent Auditor or Audit Firm to perform the annual external audit of our management system. The primary objective is to verify the performance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System at our Yanacancha site, assessing its effectiveness in preventing occupational hazards. ️ Key Responsibilities Carry out the external audit program in a systematic, independent, objective, and documented manner. Evaluate the system over four days at the Glencore site. Issue a consolidated report on the audit process, including final conclusions and recommendations regarding system performance. The selected Lead Auditor will serve as the official liaison and be responsible for coordinating the audit process. Essential Requirements Licensed and registered Safety Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related engineering professional. **Accreditation:** Submission of registration in the Registry of Authorized Auditors for periodic evaluation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as stipulated in Supreme Decree No. 014-2013-TR, is mandatory. **Legal Compliance:** Thorough knowledge of current regulations, including Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, and Supreme Decree No. 016-2009-EM.
