Huayna Cápac 183 – Cusco **Responsibilities** * Provide information about courses and specialties to prospective students. * Advise customers according to their needs and interests. * Manage enrollments and conduct commercial follow-ups. * Achieve established sales objectives and targets. * Support billing processes and customer service. **Requirements** * Experience in telephone sales, in-person sales, or customer service. * Availability to work in-person at the **Cusco** location. * Excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and results orientation. **Schedule** Fixed shift: 12:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. **Rotating day off: Saturday or Sunday.** **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,300 (with performance-based increases). * Bonus for meeting sales targets. * Additional incentives. * Sunday attendance bonus. * Full payroll registration. * Corporate benefits.
