Our client, a leading asset security company, is currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** for the city of **Cusco**. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies and maintaining listings across various platforms. * Initial resume screening according to basic requirements. * Scheduling and confirming interviews; coordinating with departments. * Managing process-related documentation (assessments, references, files). * Updating candidate statuses in the ATS and generating operational reports. * Addressing candidate inquiries and coordinating evaluations/logistics. **Requirements:** * Completed degree (Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field). * 1–2 years of experience in administrative or recruitment roles. * Proficiency in Excel. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM / Saturday 8:30 AM–12:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month.
