Training on the packages and services offered We are looking for a **Sales Executive** with experience marketing packages, plans, and services, who excels in communication, negotiation, and achieving objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect and acquire new customers via phone calls, social media, referrals, and other sales channels. * Present and offer packages and services tailored to each customer's needs. * Provide clear information about pricing, benefits, features, and terms of the offered packages. * Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers until closing the sale. * Respond to inquiries and maintain close, timely communication with customers. * Achieve established sales targets. * Record and update customer and sales opportunity information. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Prepare sales, prospecting, and commercial performance reports. * Support promotional and commercial activities. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles. * Proven experience offering packages, plans, services, or similar products. * Proficiency in social media, WhatsApp, and digital tools. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Customer orientation and goal achievement focus. * Immediate availability.
