Daily / As per schedule **Video and Audio Editing** Editing short and long videos (reels, shorts, educational videos). Editing podcast audio (cleaning, cutting, synchronization, effects). Adapting formats to each social media platform. Daily **Graphic Design** Designing flyers, banners, covers, thumbnails, and graphic assets. Creating presentations in PowerPoint or Canva. Adapting visual assets to campaigns and launches. Daily / Weekly **Content Management and Editorial Calendar** Designing and executing monthly content calendars. Scheduling social media posts. Adapting content to current trends. Developing paid advertising campaigns. Weekly / Monthly **Analytics and Continuous Improvement** Reviewing metrics (reach, engagement, views). Proposing improvements to content formats and types. Reporting on content performance. Weekly / Monthly **Technical Support and Organization** Organizing audiovisual files. Technical Requirements** * **Education**: Marketing, Communications, Design, Audiovisual, or related fields (not mandatory). * **Experience**: Social media content production and editing. * **Essential Technical Skills**: * Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic/intermediate). * Graphic design: Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (intermediate). * Audio editing: intermediate-level Premiere, Audition, or similar. * Social media management: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook. * **Desirable Skills (not mandatory)**: * Meta Ads / TikTok Ads. * WordPress. * Notion, Trello. * Basic automation of responses. * **Portfolio**: Required (videos, designs, reels, campaigns). **5\.
