At Electronic Alliance, we are looking for **External Plant Technicians (Fiber Optic / FTTH)** in **CUSCO** to ensure our customers' connectivity. What will you do? * Inspect, splice, and repair fiber optic cables. * Respond to network faults, degradations, and outages. * Operate specialized equipment (OTDR, Power Meter, fusion splicer). * Coordinate with the NOC on incident resolution and scheduled work. * Prepare technical reports for each intervention. * Comply with safety protocols and report your interventions. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber optic maintenance. * Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). * Availability to work in field crews (Technician 1 and Technician 2\). * Availability to work rotating weekly shifts. * Work at heights and in confined spaces. * Class A1 driver's license mandatory \- Class A2A preferred.
