Manage non-conformities and corrective actions CEMPROTEC STAFF RECRUITMENT CEMPROTEC, a metallurgical engineering company, is currently seeking a professional to fill the following position at its mining camp in Cusco: POSITION: 01 Mechanical Quality Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control and assurance for metallurgical or mining projects. Knowledge of metallic structure inspection, welding (AWS, ASME), and non-destructive testing (NDT). Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001) and QA/QC procedures. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work under a mining camp regime. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in fabrication and assembly. Prepare, review, and control quality dossiers. Coordinate inspections and tests with the client and/or supervision. Verify compliance with procedures, technical specifications, and applicable standards. Manage non-conformities and corrective actions. Lead the field quality control team.
