Career progression opportunities based on performance A leading company in the distribution of technology equipment is seeking top talent for the position of: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR IN CUSCO Requirements: • Technical specialist, Bachelor’s degree holder, or licensed professional in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Networking, or related fields. • Availability to work IN PERSON in CUSCO from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 07:00 pm, and Saturdays from 09:30 am to 03:00 pm. • Knowledge of electronic security brands. • Knowledge of information technology management. • Knowledge of IT, systems, networks, and protocols. • Proficiency in SAP, IVS4200, IVMS5200, ZK-TIME.NET, ZK-TIME.WEB, ZK-ACCESS, ZK-BIOSECURITY3.0, etc. Responsibilities: • Provide customers with optimal technical support for the company’s products. • Ensure adherence to process lead times according to typology. • Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of operational processes. • Prepare technical reports for critical cases. • Deliver technical-commercial training to company staff and customers. • Assemble demonstration models according to requirements. • Develop interactive manuals and videos. • Provide feedback on technical descriptions of marketed products.
