Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, supervise, and install electromechanical systems; program PLCs/HMIs/BMSs; and resolve technical issues, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and supervision of electromechanical and HVAC systems. 2. PLC, HMI, BMS, and frequency converter programming. 3. Technical problem resolution during design, installation, and operation. Requirements: - Graduate or final-cycle student in Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial, and/or Electrical Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum six (6) months of experience performing similar duties. - Knowledge of electromechanical systems, relevant regulations, and standards. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; basic proficiency in Revit and Inverter. Responsibilities: - Design electromechanical systems—including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, heating, and centralized control—complying with current regulations and standards. - Perform thermal load calculations, energy simulations, and thermal comfort analyses to ensure optimal HVAC system performance. - Design electrical and control panels. - Program PLCs, HMIs, and BMSs. - Program frequency converters. - Program fire alarm control panels and carbon monoxide detection control panels. - Prepare engineering documentation related to projects (e.g., technical data sheets, technical specifications, calculation reports, load schedules, project dossiers, etc.). - Supervise HVAC system installation to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Identify and resolve HVAC-related technical issues during the design, installation, and operation phases. - Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports on project progress and HVAC system performance.
