




At **Inca Rail**, we are looking for the best talent for the position of **Human Resources Analyst** at our sites in **Cusco and Ollantaytambo**. **Mission**: Assist in all Human Resource management processes, ensuring compliance and providing advisory support to all IR employees. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * **2 years of experience** in positions within Human Resources/People Management. * Languages: Intermediate English (desirable). * Software skills: MS Office (Intermediate), SAP user level (desirable). * Availability to work at offices in **Cusco** and **Ollantaytambo**. * Work schedule **10x4\.** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain control over these processes, participate actively, and ensure all requirements are met. * Manage and oversee the signing of employment contracts, policies, and regulations. * Keep personnel files updated for all employees. * Register new hires in SIR and in the department’s database. * Coordinate induction trips for new employees. * Issue purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and follow up on payments to suppliers related to the Human Resources department. * Draft and send employee letters regarding promotions, salary increases, job function changes, etc. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, applicable laws and legislation, as well as company-established safety procedures.
