Job Objective Drive the growth of our brands by generating sales and foot traffic through offline channels (hostels, strategic partners, public spaces, and activations), ensuring strong brand presence and a conversion-oriented experience. What Will You Do? Identify and develop new strategic partners (hostels, travel agencies, bars, cafés, and more). Execute dynamic activations and promotional activities using official scripts and materials. Generate real sales opportunities by capturing leads and properly routing them to the closing team. Report daily results (activities, leads, closures, and market feedback) to strengthen strategy. Represent the brand professionally, adhering to image guidelines and messaging standards. Candidate Profile We seek a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills for interacting with customers and strategic partners. The candidate must demonstrate initiative for fieldwork, sales opportunity generation, and professional brand representation. Requirements Technical or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or field marketing. Experience in customer acquisition, activations, or working with strategic partners (preferred). Intermediate or advanced English (mandatory requirement). Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
