**Specialty: Electrical Engineering** We are looking for an **Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer** with a holistic vision to join our Design and Construction team. Your mission will be to ensure that our high-end offices are technically and economically efficient, leading from design through post-delivery support. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electromechanical Engineering** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 **years** of experience in electrical design, supervision of installations, and preparation of budgets for corporate or commercial projects. * **Essential Knowledge:** Design of electrical installations for offices (lighting, power outlets). **Costs and Budgeting:** Ability to prepare quantity take-offs and construction/maintenance budgets. Software: **Intermediate AutoCAD** and proficiency in Excel for cost management and reporting. **MEP Vision:** Knowledge of HVAC, Structured Cabling, and Electronic Security. * **Languages:** **Basic English** (reading equipment catalogs and technical manuals). * Availability to work full-time. **Skills and Competencies:** * Highly proactive with ability to collaborate effectively with the team * Adaptability * Communication skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities **Key Responsibilities:** * **Engineering and Valuation:** Prepare layout drawings and single-line diagrams, accompanied by the **detailed project budget**, to ensure profitability. * **Economic Management of Maintenance:** Quote and evaluate costs for preventive and corrective services for critical systems (HVAC, Electricity, and Electronic Security). * **Operational Assurance:** Supervise external services and ensure implemented solutions comply with assigned quality standards and budget. * **After-sales and Warranty Management:** Diagnose technical failures and manage repair budgets when not covered by warranty. * **As-Built Documentation:** Update final drawings and technical-economic settlements reflecting on-site changes.
