Administer Assurance, Access, Fault, Problem, and Change Management processes, and manage the budget for third-party platform and service support, complying with the company’s current control frameworks. **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the correct execution of internal departmental processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement in technical processes within the department. * Audit the quality of processes performed by third-party companies in the department. * Support local compliance and auditing of fault management, change management, and problem management processes. * Support the management of OpEx budget for Network Platform and Service Support, as well as any assigned CapEx, ensuring timely purchase orders, receipts, and related activities. * Prepare required reports on departmental process tracking. * Issue reports requested by the Operations department or Management. * Document third-party compliance with indicators and/or productivity metrics. **Requirements:** * Fifth-year student or graduate in **Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering**, or related fields. * ️ 1–2 years of experience in **network assurance, IT operations, or technology service management.** * Knowledge of **Assurance, Access, Fault, Problem, and Change Management** processes. * **Analytical skills, results orientation, and focus on continuous improvement.** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * Advanced **Excel** skills. * Knowledge or experience with **SQL and Power BI** (desirable). * Understanding of financial principles for **budget management.** **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
