Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the operational and administrative management of the warehouse area in an industrial footwear company. Key Highlights: 1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage stock replenishment and forecast monthly size-based models. * Coordinate new customer orders with Production. * Generate purchase orders and scheduling in the ERP system. * Supervise that the warehouse remains clean, organized, and properly labeled. * Coordinate with Technical Office (samples, SKUs, codes). * Coordinate with the Supplies Department regarding material arrivals. * Ensure inventory reconciliation (system vs. physical). * Receive goods from suppliers (inbound and outbound shipments). * Supervise and support order preparation (baling, master cartons) together with assistants. * Supervise dispatch of finished products. * Manage and report area performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS * Completed or incomplete studies in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Industrial Administration, or related fields**. * Specialization course or diploma in **Warehouse Management** (preferred). * Minimum **1 year of experience in warehouses or logistics** (industrial sector preferred). * Experience in dispatching finished products. * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory)**. * **A1 driver’s license** (preferred).
