Job Summary: MEGAPACK TRADING SAC is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to develop and implement industrial safety and occupational health programs, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of occupational safety and health programs. 2. Implement best practices and certifications in Industrial Safety. 3. Comprehensive waste management and emergency response. MEGAPACK TRADING SAC **– is currently recruiting personnel for the position of:** **SSOMA Supervisor – Lot 57\-Repsol\-Cusco \- (On-site, Full-time)** **Must reside in Lima** **Work Schedule: 14x07** **Responsibilities** * Develop Industrial Safety Training Program. * Develop Industrial Safety Monitoring and Control Program. * Develop Base IPERC and propose controls, as well as Activities Program with critical risks. * Develop Implementation Plan for the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee or, alternatively, for the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor (in compliance with current legal regulations). * Develop Industrial Safety Performance Indicators for the past three years (Frequency Rate and Severity Rate, per current legal regulations). * Develop Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan for planned work activities. * Implement notable best practices, certifications, or engineering controls in Industrial Safety. * Develop Occupational Health Program. * Develop Occupational Risk Identification and Assessment Program (hygiene, ergonomics, psychosocial factors). * Develop Fatigue and Drowsiness Program. * Develop COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control Plan in accordance with current regulations and standards. * And other related duties. **Requirements** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (registered and licensed). Minimum experience: 3 years in Mining/Gas/Oil/Services sectors, and similar positions: SSOMA Supervisor / Integrated Supervisor / Safety Analyst. Training in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and safety and environmental management. Experience in comprehensive waste management, transportation, and final disposal.
