Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Filmer to join our team, developing audiovisual content to promote products, experiences, and the brand overall. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in creating audiovisual content for tourism marketing 2. Development of audiovisual assets for product, experience, and brand 3. Collaboration with the Marketing team to achieve business objectives We are a local tourism operator with our own agencies in Lima, Cusco, and Arequipa, boasting over 15 years of experience in the tourism sector, specializing in the Italian market. Currently, we are looking for a Filmmaker to join our team in Lima. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in **Audiovisual Communication, Production, Multimedia Design, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a filmmaker, videographer, or video editor (preferably in tourism, hospitality, or experiential brands). * **Proficiency in editing tools: Capcut and Canva** * **Knowledge of digital formats, social media trends, and storytelling.** * **Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and with a results-oriented mindset.** * **Own equipment required.** * **Immediate availability.** **Responsibilities:** * Recording and editing videos for institutional, corporate, and commercial content. * Developing audiovisual assets focused on product, experience, promotions, and brand positioning. * Ongoing coordination with the Marketing team to align business objectives and creative guidelines. * Audiovisual coverage of venues, events, and campaigns. * Organization, backup, and archiving of generated audiovisual material.
