A leading retail company specializing in vehicle-related convenience stores, with over 18 years of experience, is currently seeking personnel for the position of **STORE LEADER** at our store located in **Sect. Versalles Pro. La cultura 705 (REF: A 5-minute walk from Tingo Bus Stop).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience leading teams. (Mandatory) * Over 1 year of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Customer Service Representative. * Over 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, automotive, hardware, fast food, or similar sectors. (Mandatory) * Technical professionals or graduates in Marketing and Sales, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to work retail store hours, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and coordinate team work, including scheduling, vacation coverage, and ensuring achievement of established performance indicators. * Conduct weekly rotating inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent losses or errors. * Implement sales, protocol, and administrative procedure training programs to enhance team efficiency. * Execute sales strategies and motivate staff through training, product assortment adjustments, and product placement optimization to improve results. * Ensure compliance with store protocols, including opening hours, seller checklists, store aesthetics, and cleanliness. * Supervise incoming merchandise, monitor product rotation, and ensure adherence to active promotions. * Manage cash reconciliation, daily sales settlements, bank deposits, and petty cash, ensuring proper handling of income and expenses. **BENEFITS:** * Career development path. * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Bonuses upon achieving sales targets.
