Job Summary: This position seeks an Equipment Operator responsible for inspecting machine conditions, preparing metal parts, and assisting the welder in various tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Inspection and preparation of welding and cutting equipment 2. Preparation of metal parts for welding 3. Direct assistance to the welder in daily tasks **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect the condition of welding machines, plasma cutting machines, tools, or other equipment before use; report any anomalies immediately to the supervisor. * Prepare and cut metal parts required by the welder in the scrap area. * Set up machines and equipment according to necessary working conditions, adjusting current intensity, amperage, and gas pressure as required by the welder, among others. * Interpret work orders according to the activities to be performed jointly with the welder. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of welding operations (Desirable). * Knowledge of OSHA HAZWOPER: Level III – Hazardous Materials (Desirable). * Knowledge of Industrial Safety (Desirable). * Welding training course (Desirable). * Minimum one (1) year of experience in this role. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1480\.28 * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * Atypical work schedule: 16 working days \* 14 days off. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. • Payroll enrollment from the first day. * Agreements with cooperatives for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being. * Positive work environment. * Company covers travel (Lima\- Malvinas) \+ accommodation and meals. * Working Hours: 06:30pm \- 05:00pm (Lunch: 12:00pm \- 02:00pm) * Contract Type: Specific Service • Work Modality: On-site * Work Location: KM.
