Location: Cusco Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Full-time **Requirements:** \* Technical or university degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \* Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads. \* Experience with Google Ads and digital advertising strategies. \* Advanced knowledge of Canva Pro. \* Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for content creation and optimization. \* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects. \* Experience in designing and managing websites (WordPress, Elementor or similar). \* Knowledge of branding, graphic design, and digital marketing. \* Excellent writing skills, creativity, and innovation. \* Analytical ability to interpret metrics and results. **Responsibilities:** \* Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. \* Manage social media and brand positioning strategies. \* Design graphic, audiovisual, and advertising content. \* Administer campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. \* Design and update corporate websites. \* Implement AI tools to enhance productivity and content generation. \* Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare results reports. \* Propose innovative strategies to increase reach and sales. **We Offer:** \* Market-competitive compensation. \* Professional development opportunities. \* Continuous training. \* Excellent work environment. \* Participation in high-impact projects within the renewable energy sector.
